In an effort to honor Jesus' command to the Church to "GO" with the Gospel, the church will abandon its walls on October 6 and trade the worship service for Gospel outreach in the community in our most ambitious outreach initiative ever. Everyone, young and old, able and infirm, are challenged to leave the comfort of the church building and participate in Gospel outreach on this day!

The day will begin with a church-wide assembly at the Church at our usual worship service time at 10:30a.m. At this time, everyone will be divided into teams, provided with fresh homemade baked goods and other gifts, assigned specific outreach targets (such as hospitals, nursing homes, emergency service providers, etc) for the delivery of these items. Teams may carpool or caravan in separate vehicles, whichever is preferred.

After all the deliveries have been made, teams will return to the church for a chili cook-off and fellowship.

Note: we understand that the prospect of public outreach may be intimidating to some. Please know that no one need worry about being coerced into anything they are not comfortable with. We want this to be a fun and rewarding time of service for you and your family!
